Public Notice: Grant Consulting Services Awarded

Whereas, the Borough of Midland Park has a need to acquire Grant Consulting Services as a non-fair and open contract pursuant to the provisions of NJSA 19:44a-20.4 or 20.5, as appropriate; and
Whereas, the Finance Officer has determined and certified in writing that the value of the acquisition will exceed $17,500; and
Whereas, the anticipated term of this contract is one year; and
Whereas, Capital Alternatives Corp. has completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification which certifies that Capital Alternatives Corp. has not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate committee in the Borough of Midland Park in the previous one year, and that the contract will prohibit Capital Alternatives Corp. from making any reportable contributes through the term of the contract, and
Whereas, Laurie O'Hanlon, Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Midland Park certifies that adequate funds have been appropriated in the goods or services named withing.
Now, Therefore, be it resolved that the Council of the Borough of Midland Park authorizes the Mayor to enter into a contract with Capital Alternatives Corp. as described herein; and
Be it further resolved that the Business Disclosure Entity Certification and the Determination of Value be placed on file with this resolution; and
Be it further resolved that this Resolution will be published as the law requires.
