Recycle, Shop and Donate at the Community Thrift Shop

The Community Thrift Shop, located on the lower level of the Midland Park Shopping Center at 85 Godwin Ave., collects and sells secondhand clothing and household goods, with portion of sales going to support to local charities.
The store is open for shopping Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Donations can be dropped off every Monday and the first Saturday of each month from 10am to 2pm only.
Donated items should be new or gently used and clean. Accepted items include:
- Men's, women's and children's clothing and shoes
- Small toys
- Brickabrack and decorative home goods
- Linens, blankets, towels and curtains (no sheets)
- Small household appliances
Donations should be limited to two, 13-gallon white garbage bags or four plastic grocery bags. Small boxes are also accepted for household items. Donations in black garbage bags will not be accepts.
More than 50 local charities and organizations are supported through the sale of donated items, including the Midland Park Public Education Foundation, Shelter Our Sisters, RBARI and churches of all denominations. Donations should be labeled with your organization's number, the list of which is available at the store.
