Wintry Mix To Hit Monday

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Midland Park starting Monday night into Tuesday. The storm system has the potential to bring periods of heavy precipitation in the form of wintery weather transitioning to rain on Tuesday. There is also the possibility of strong winds with gusts 25 to 45 mph following the low pressure system Tuesday night into Wednesday.

Monday Night Snow likely before 9pm, then rain and snow between 9pm and midnight, then rain after midnight. Low around 32. East wind 9 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Tuesday Rain, mainly before noon. High near 49. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
