Public Notice: Variance Request on Rubble Street
Notice is hereby given by Joel Clark, residing at 29 Rubble St, Block 10.4, Lot 12, of an appeal to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park for a variance(s) from the provisions of section 34-4.5b of of the Midland Park code to permit construction of a Front Porch, which will result in a 21.2 ft. setback where 25 ft is required.
A variance for 3.8 ft. is requested, and the applicant shall seek any other variance(s) that are required as it pertains to this application.
A second appeal to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park for a variance (s) from the provisions of section 34-22 Zoning Mapof the Midland Park cod to permit construction of a Front Porch which will result in an increase of 484 sq. ft or 6.7 percent improved coverage, where 40-percent is allowed.
A variance for 6.7 percent or 484 sq. ft. is requested and the applicant shall seek any other variances that are required as it pertains to this application. The matter will be heard at a public hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 7:30pm in the Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Ave., Midland Park.
The application and all accompanying documents, maps, etc. are available in the Board of Adjustment office at the Midland Park Municipal Building and may be reviewed by the public on Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 12:30 pm.
