Public Notice: Zoning Board Approves Greenwood Ave. Variance
Take notice that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park at their April 10, 2013 meeting, memorialized the following decision:
Application of Grainview Designs Realty, LLC, for a use variance to operate a batting cage business in a portion of the existing budiling in the 1-2 Zone at Block 48 Lot 1.02, also known as 231 Greenwood Avenue — Approved with Conditions.
A copy of said resolution and documents referred to therein are on file at the office of the Zoning Board Secretary in the Borough Hall.
