BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given by Midland Bagel Emporium, Inc., of an appeal to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park for a conditional use variance from the provisions of:
(i) Section 34-12.3a to permit Midland Bagel Emporium to be located within 200 feet of another "restaurant" within the Midland Park Shopping Center, and
(ii) Section 34-12.3f to permit Midland Bagel Emporium to occupy 1,320 square feet of space within the Midland Park Shopping Center with less than 24 additional parking spaces required for such restaurant use, and
(iii) any other variances and waivers as may be required by the Board.
The property which is the subject of this application is located at 85 Godwin Avenue, Block 3, Lot 11, Midland Park, New Jersey. This matter will be heard at a public hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey.
When the case is called, you may either appear in person, by agent or by attorney to present any comments or documentation, for or against, which may be relative to this application. The application and all accompanying documents, maps, etc. are available in the Board of Adjustment office at the Midland Park Municipal Building and may be reviewed by public on Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
