NOTICE OF HEARING FOR AMENDED SITE PLAN APPROVAL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Application for Amended Site Plan Approval has been made by Midpark Hye Partners, 95 Route 17 South, Paramus, New Jersey 07652 to the Planning Board of the Borough of Midland Park in connection with streetscape and site improvement plans on Block 3.00 Lot 11, as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Midland Park, which property is located within the B-3 Zone.
The Applicant is seeking Amended Site Plan Approval and any variances or waivers which may be required to (i) construct new curbing and sidewalk along Godwin Avenue and install a paver strip between the new curb and sidewalk; (ii) install five (5) decorative streetscape lights along Godwin Avenue, (iii) stripe existing parking at the northerly end of the center to reinforce the one-way direction circulation through this area of parking, (iv) provide additional green landscaped area along Godwin Avenue, (v) remove existing refuse containers along Goffle Road and install a new refuse compound in the vicinity of an existing pad-mounted transformer which will be screened by a fence with privacy slats, (vi) construct three (3) new parking area islands in the rear parking area to better define an active drive isle and to improve sight lines for turning vehicles, and (vii) mill and resurface entire rear parking area and restripe parking spaces.
A public hearing has been ordered for Monday, June 17, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the Municipal Building of the Borough of Midland Park, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey before the Planning Board, and when this case is called you may appear in person or by agent or attorney and present any comments or objections which you may have with respect to the Application. All plans and documents related to the Application will be on file ten (10) days before the meeting date and can be inspected in the Office of the Planning Board at the Midland Park Municipal Building and may be reviewed by the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
