BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Notice is hereby given by Frank Kalata, residing at 211 Paterson Ave., Block 26.01, Lot 14, of an appeal to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park for a variance(s) from the provisions of section 34 - 4.5D side yard & 34-18.1.c nonconforming use of the Midland Park code to permit construction of exterior stairway and convert enclosed porches to living space which will result in a side yard encroachment where 12' is required. A variance for side yard setback and change in use is requested, and the applicant shall seek any other variance(s) that are required as it pertains to this application. This matter will be heard at a public hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday July 10, 2013 at 7:30 pm. in the Municipal Building, 280 Godwin., Midland Park. The application and all accompanying documents, maps, etc. are available in the Board of Adjustment office at the Midland Park Municipal Building and may be reviewed by the public on Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 pm.
