Police Blotter: Warrant Arrests, Stolen Items

The following items were supplied to the Midland Park Press from the Midland Park Police Department:

On June 16, as the result of a traffic stop, Officer Michael Canonico arrested a 38-year-old female resident of Hewitt on an outstanding warrant. The warrant, in the amount of $500, emanated out of the Ringwood Municipal Court. The female was transported to headquarters where arrangements were made for the posting of bail. 

On June 17, a Vreeland Avenue resident reported to Officer Christopher Birch that a neon green children crossing figure, valued at $35, was stolen from his front porch. The incident is under investigation. 

On June 19, a Vreeland Avenue resident reported to Officer Michael Canonico that a grass collection barrel, valued at $50.00, was stolen. He placed the barrel at the curbside in the morning and, by 12:35 p.m. it was taken.

On June 19, as the result of a traffic stop, Officer Mark Berninger arrested a 33-year-old Midland Park resident on an outstanding warrant. The warrant, in the amount of $178, emanated out of the Oakland Municipal Court. The male was transported to headquarters where arrangements were made for the posting of bail. Officer Christopher Birch assisted.
