BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT: TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park, at their July 10, 2013 meeting, memorialized the following decisions:
Application of CLARK, JOEL & SUSAN, for front yard set back and improved lot coverage to construct a front porch in the R-1 Zone at Block 10.04 Lot 12, also known as 29 Rubble St. DENIED
Application of BRILL, SCOTT for a side yard set back to construct a new second story addition in the R-1 Zone at Block 10.20 Lot 9, also known as 199 Spruce St. APPROVED w/ conditions
A copy of said resolutions and documents referred to therein are on file at the office of the Zoning Board Secretary in the Borough Hall.
