Raise Money for Education With One-Click
Target's annual Give With Target back-to-school campaign has begun and the Community Alliance of Midland Park (CAMP) would like to encourage all residents to vote weekly for Midland Park Public Schools.
The chain retailer's goal is to donate $5 million to schools across the country, with a cap of $10,000 per school. The voting has already begun and lasts through Sept. 21 or until they reach the $5 million mark, which ever comes first.
To vote, go to givewith.target.com. Search for Midland Park Schools by name, by town or by zip code. Pick a school and vote. Once that school has earned 25 votes, Target will donate $25 and each additional vote will add $1 to the total.
One point to note: Once you click VOTE, the site will ask permission to access your Facebook Account. If you do not approve, you cannot vote. Once you approve, it will ask permission to post on your wall on your behalf. On the left hand side of the box, you can select who you want to see postings, with options of Public, Friends, Only Me or Custom. If you do not want postings to appear in your friend's news feed, select "Only Me". However, selecting Public or Friends will allow more people to see the post, and hopefully participate.
Don't forget to vote weekly for Midland Park Public Schools!
