Public Notice: Zoning Board Decisions

BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park, at their August 14, 2013 meeting, memorialized the following decision:

Application of KALATA, FRANK, for side yard set back variance for installation of an exterior staircase and alterations to the front and rear porches to allow alterations of a pre-existing, non-conforming use on the property at Block 26.01 Lot 14, also known as 211 Paterson Ave. Board voted on two items. Exterior staircase: DENIED, Interior alteration of front and rear porches: APPROVED w/ conditions.

Application of T-MOBILE NORTHEAST, LLC- for preliminary and final amended site plan for changes to site where antennas are located on top of existing water tower, at Block 11 Lot 5, also known as 133 Glen Ave APPROVED w/ conditions.

Application of MIDLAND BAGEL EMPORIUM, INC.- for conditional use variances to permit a quick service restaurant at Block 3 Lot 11, also known as 85 Godwin Ave APPROVED w/ conditions.

A copy of said resolutions and documents referred to therein are on file at the office of the Zoning Board Secretary in the Borough Hall.
