Fall Children's Events at The Library

Fall story time registration at the Midland Park Memorial Library is still open for ages 4 to 6 on Tuesdays at 2:30pm and 2 to 3 year olds on Mondays or Thursdays at 10:30am. Those sessions require pre-registration and consists of stories and a craft that will last 30 to 40 minutes. The session starts the week of Sept. 16 and runs until the week of Nov. 18. Baby time for ages 6 to 24 months has begun and does not require any registration. The dates are Sept. 11, 18 and 25, and Oct. 2, 9 and 16, and will last about 30 minutes. The first half will be filled with stories, music, and rhymes and the rest of the time is reserved for free play with toys and educational games for babies and parents. Older siblings are welcome to attend with parents and babies!
Drop in Craft Day: Children ages 2 to 6 can drop in on Friday, Sept. 13 to make a fall craft between the hours of 10:30am to 4pm.

Candy Sushi: On Monday, Sept. 16 at 3:15pm children ages 7 and up will create sushi made of a variety of candy.
Colorful Coffee Filter Leaves: On Monday, Sept. 23 children ages 3 and up will create colorful coffee filter leaves.
