Public Notice: Doctor's Office Seeks Waivers For Generator

PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned attorneys for Urology Group Realty Co., LLC (hereinafter the "Applicant"), the record owner of property known as 4 Godwin Avenue, and more formally known as Block 4.00, Lot 27, on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Borough of Midland Park, New Jersey (hereinafter the "Property") has filed an Application.

The Property is currently utilized as a medical office and the Applicant proposes to continue to use the Property as a medical office. The Property is located in the B3 Zone of the Borough of Midland Park, New Jersey.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Applicant has applied for Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval to permit the installation of a natural gas fueled standby emergency generator. The Applicant believes that no variances are required in connection with its application. The applicant has requested waivers for checklist requirements numbered 2, 15, 17, 18, 21, 24-28, 35-37 of the Midland Park Checklist and any others deemed needed by the Board.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Applicant will also request any and all other variances, exceptions, waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations and/or incidental relief from the requirements of the Borough of Midland Park Ordinance that may be required by the Board after a review of the Application.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2013 beginning at 7:30 pm and continuing at such further time as may be further scheduled by the Planning Board in the Borough of Midland Park, Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey, at which time you may appear if you so desire, before the Planning Board at the time and place designated above for the purposes of being heard with respect to this application.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all documents and plans for this Application have been filed with the Planning Board at the Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey and are available for inspection, Monday through Friday during normal business hours 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
