Zoning Board: W. Summit Variance Application

Borough of Midland Park Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice is hereby given by Richard Jordan, residing at 9 W Summit Ave, Midland Park NJ 07432, Block 25.01, Lot 35.01, of an appeal to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park for a variance from the provisions of Section 34-4-5B of the Midland Park code to permit construction of a Deck 14' X 13' with 2 steps off one side which will result in a 20' setback where 25' is required.

Additionally a variance from the provisions of Section 34-4-5C of the Midland Park code to allow constructed front steps which will result in a 21' 8" setback where 25' is required. A variance for 5' and 3'4" respectively is requested, and the applicant shall also seek any other variances that are required as it pertains to this application.

This matter will be heard at a public hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Nov. 13th 2013 at 7:30PM in the Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Ave, Midland Park. The application and all accompanying documents, maps, etc. are available in the Board of Adjustment office at the Midland Park Municipal Building and may be reviewed by the public on Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 12:30PM.
