NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing in accordance with NJSA 40:55D-1 et seq., will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park, at the Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey on November 13, 2013 on the application of Fulvio Grosso for Approval of variances for property identified as Lots 1 in Block 20.10 on the current Midland Park Tax Map, which is more commonly known as 231 Godwin Ave., Midland Park, New Jersey. The applicant is seeking approval of variances from the following provisions of the Midland Park Zoning Ordinance: 34.3/ Parking Variance.

The application and all accompanying plans are on file in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office at the Municipal Building located at 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey and may be examined by the interested parties during the Zoning Board of Adjustment's regular office hours. When this application is called on November 13, 2013 you may appear, either in person or represented by your attorney, and present any objections or other evidence which you may have concerning this application.
