Parking Variance Sought on Greenwood Ave.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Notice is hereby given by Applicant Mildred Silbernagel, owner of 190-196 Greenwood Avenue, Block 39, Lot 2, of an appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park for a variance from the provisions of Section 34-16.2 of the Midland Park Code to permit conversion to additional office space where warehouse currently exists which will result in a need for two additional parking spaces. A variance for two additional parking spaces is requested. The Applicant shall also seek any other variances that are required as it pertains to the application.
This matter will be heard at a public hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park on November 13, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, NJ. The application and all accompanying documents, maps, etc., are available in the Board of Adjustment office at the Midland Park Municipal Building and may be reviewed by the public on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Robert E.
