NOTICE OF HEARING BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
 
EDWARD PRIESTNER 132 Park Avenue, Midland Park Block 25.07 Lot 9 FOR MAJOR SUBDIVISION & USE VARIANCE APPROVAL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned shall apply before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Midland Park, on December 11, 2013, at 7:30 p.m., at the Midland Park Council Chambers, 28 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey, for approval of the following relief, for premises, located at 132 Park Avenue, also known as Block 25.07 Lot 9, located in the R-l Residential Zone:

1. Major subdivision to subdivide two conforming lots;
2. Use variance, for expansion of a prior non-conforming use, to continue the residential use of the second floor apartment over the detached garage, previously approved in 1953; and
3. Front yard setback variance for accessory structure (existing garage).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the applicant shall also request any additional variances, waivers or further relief from any other requirements which may arise as a result of and during the course of hearing.

All persons or property owners interested in said application may appear at the aforesaid time and place. The application and all related documentation is on file and may be reviewed at the Zoning Board Office located at the Municipal Building, 28 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey, during normal business hours.
