Officer Steven Vander Pyl assisted in the investigation.

On Dec. 2, a Midland Park resident reported to Officer Jason Tillson that a package was stolen from his porch. The victim stated he checked with the delivery service and was told the package was delivered, as well as the time of delivery. The package contained four pairs of jeans with a total value of approximately $100. The resident stated a similar incident occurred on Nov. 25. That package contained gift cards with an approximate value of $35. The incident was referred to the Detective Bureau.
