Borough Bid Request: Repair of Vehicle Electrical

NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN, that sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk for the Borough of Midland Park, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey on January 10, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time at Borough Hall Council Chamber, second floor, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

REPAIR OF VEHICLE ELECTRICAL
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Borough Hall, 280 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey 07432 during regular business hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, must be addressed to the Borough of Midland Park and plainly marked "REPAIR OF VEHICLE ELECTRICAL." Each bidder is required to submit with its proposal, a "Business Registration Certificate" (Form BRC(08-01), and an Employee Information Report Certificate (Form AA302), if you do not hold these Certificates, please contact the Department of Treasury/Division of Revenue 609-292-1730 for applications. These forms MUST be provided at the time of the bid proposal or before the bid is awarded by the Governing Body.

Each bidder is also required to submit with its proposal the following, on the forms supplied in the bid document:
1. An Affirmative Action Statement
2. Stockholder Disclosure Certification
3. Non-Collusion Affidavit
4. Hold Harmless Agreement
5. Bidder Capability Affidavit

The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities as may be deemed best for the interests of the Borough of Midland Park. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of C.127 of the P.L. 1975 regarding Affirmative Action (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.) and Affirmative Action and Executive Order 11246 regarding equal employment opportunity, as amended, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.
